Privacy Policy for Sadhana Tracker
Sadhana Tracker is a private meditation and Sankalp practice tracker developed by Anil Sadhoo. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information, permissions, purchases, and local practice data.
1. Overview
Sadhana Tracker is designed to work without account creation, without advertising, without analytics, and without cloud sync. The app helps users set a daily Sankalp, use a meditation timer, follow practice cycles, and review past practice history.
2. Information stored on your device
Sadhana Tracker stores practice information locally on your device. This may include:
- Your display name entered during onboarding
- Daily Sankalp duration
- Practice method selection
- Session duration and session date
- Cycle length, cycle dates, and cycle progress
- Past Sankalps and practice history
- Protected Mode preference
- Local Sadhana Pro entitlement status after purchase or restore
This information is stored in the app's local storage on your device. Sadhana Tracker does not upload your meditation history or Sankalp history to a server operated by us.
3. No account or login
Sadhana Tracker does not require you to create an account. The app does not ask for an email address, phone number, password, social login, or external membership account.
4. No ads or analytics
Sadhana Tracker does not contain advertising SDKs and does not use third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not use advertising identifiers for ad targeting or analytics.
5. Google Play Billing and purchases
Sadhana Tracker includes an optional one-time in-app purchase called Sadhana Pro. Sadhana Pro unlocks unlimited future Sankalps.
Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Payment information, purchase processing, taxes, refunds, and payment methods are handled by Google Play according to Google's policies. Sadhana Tracker does not receive or store your full payment card details.
The app may receive purchase status information from Google Play, such as whether Sadhana Pro has been purchased or restored. This is used only to unlock Pro access inside the app.
6. Internet access
Sadhana Tracker does not use internet access to upload your meditation history. Network access may be used by Google Play Billing to check product availability, process purchases, complete purchases, or restore previous purchases.
7. Protected Mode and Do Not Disturb permission
Sadhana Tracker includes an optional Protected Mode. When enabled by you, Protected Mode uses Android's Do Not Disturb access to help reduce interruptions during an active meditation session.
This permission is used only for the Protected Mode feature. Sadhana Tracker does not read your messages, contacts, call history, notification content, or personal communications.
You can grant or revoke Do Not Disturb access at any time in your Android system settings.
8. Health and meditation disclaimer
Sadhana Tracker is a personal meditation timer and practice tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, mental health services, or guaranteed outcomes.
If you have medical or mental health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
9. Children
Sadhana Tracker is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Data sharing
Sadhana Tracker does not sell personal data. The app does not share your meditation history with advertisers, analytics providers, or social networks.
Google Play may process purchase and payment-related information when you use Google Play Billing.
11. Data deletion
You can delete local app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data through Android settings. Clearing app data removes locally stored practice history and local Pro entitlement status.
If you previously purchased Sadhana Pro through Google Play, you can use the Restore Purchase option in the app to restore your Pro access.
12. Security
Sadhana Tracker stores practice data locally on your device using app storage. Please keep your device secure with your preferred Android security settings.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
