History preparation can become difficult to control when books, videos, notes and question banks keep expanding. The learner stays active, but the amount of unfinished material continues to grow.

A 100-day practice plan solves a narrower problem: it defines what to do today, how much to complete and how to record the result. This page explains the internal framework used by SSC History 100-Day Finisher. It is a study approach, not an official SSC plan or a promise of complete syllabus coverage.

Always compare your preparation with the latest notification and syllabus for your specific examination. Topic coverage and emphasis can vary.

Why use a fixed plan?

Random practice can hide incomplete coverage.

Random MCQs can be useful for revision, but they do not automatically create a visible path. A learner may repeatedly answer familiar topics while missing weaker areas or may move between resources without knowing what “finished” means.

A fixed practice system introduces three boundaries:

  • A defined timeline instead of an open-ended routine
  • A consistent daily workload instead of irregular bursts
  • A finite question pool instead of a continuously expanding feed

The purpose is not to claim that one pool contains every possible examination question. It is to create a measurable practice cycle.

The model

100 days × 32 MCQs = 3,200 fixed questions.

The app divides its internal question pool across 100 structured days. Each day contains 32 MCQs, producing a defined 3,200-question progression.

The internal Day Map organises practice across Ancient History, Medieval History, Modern History, and Art & Culture. Its scheduling pattern is an app design choice, not official SSC topic weightage.

Daily practice routine

Keep each study session simple.

  1. Attempt the 32 daily MCQs. Answer the first pass without using revision to hide uncertainty.
  2. Review the explanations. Note why the correct choice fits and where your reasoning failed.
  3. Check domain patterns. Look for repeated weakness in Ancient, Medieval, Modern, or Art & Culture.
  4. Record a short revision note. Choose a small number of weak topics rather than reopening the entire subject.

The app unlocks one practice day at a time. That pacing prevents instant forward skipping and keeps the internal sequence intact.

Measuring progress

Protect the first-attempt record.

The first response to a question is the clearest measure of the learner’s initial recall and reasoning at that moment. The app therefore retains first-attempt performance separately from later reattempts.

First-Attempt Accuracy = Correct First Attempts ÷ Total Questions Attempted

Revision is still valuable, but it should show learning rather than replace the original record. The Protocol Specification explains this model and the internal App Completion Benchmark.

Revision strategy

Repair weak areas without restarting everything.

At the end of a daily session, use the result to choose a limited revision target. For example, revise one chronology, one ruler-administration theme or one Art & Culture category that appeared repeatedly in mistakes.

A useful review rhythm is:

  • Daily: read explanations for missed questions
  • Every ten days: review the weakest domain from the completed block
  • Periodically: revisit weak-topic lists while preserving first-attempt results

This keeps revision connected to evidence from practice rather than to anxiety about the entire subject.

Important limits

A practice framework is not an official syllabus.

This plan does not promise selection, marks, rank improvement, guaranteed memory or complete coverage of an official syllabus. The fixed 3,200-question pool represents the application’s own educational structure.

SSC and other examination authorities may change notifications, eligibility rules, dates, topics or patterns. Verify current requirements through the official SSC website and the notification for the examination you intend to take.
